So pretty much my sister April was a major studet and tookabout 5 hours of her time to take some fun pictures of me and mycute girl Brittany. We both needed some headshots and body shotsfor some of the promotional/modeling work we do. And let me tellyou, it's exhausting taking that many pictures! It was great fun thoughand April is pretty much the best for using her camera, spending somuch of her time, and as you can see she is an excellent photographer!

Happy Thanksgiving...... and then we crashed!

Stu and I went on a fourwheeler ride with in Saratoga Springs and Stu decided to go up a steep, long hill and while we were going up the hilll, the fourwheeler popped up and rolled on top of us and then rolled several more times down the steep hill. The fourwheeler is pretty banged up and Stu's jeans pretty much got shredded some how. Stu has a lot of bruises and back aches, but we are both okay. We got lucky because it could have been a lot worse!

So, Stu said he wanted to cut the hair out of Gizmo's eyes and I guess decided to try and give his face a little trim as well......... It's kind of hard to tell by the picture, but he pretty ruined my cute doggies little face! not to mention he is not allowed to give gizmo a little trim ever again! Don't quit your day job Stu, leave it to the Pros!!!

New bathroom decor!

I have been feeling like I need some color in my house lately, so I decided to start with the guest bathroom and dec it out. I am excited and it looks great! One room at a time my home will be decorated how I like it:)

There is nothing like great friends!

Me and my closest friends got together in Park City and stayed overnight in a hotel. We went to dinner, stayed up all night having girl talk, and had a blast! I love these girls, they are so amazing! There is nothing like great friends!

Finally friends!!!

When we first got Gizmo, Buddy had nothing to do with him and didn't like him at all. Buddy would be sleeping on the couch and Gizmo would try to lay next to him and Buddy would jump off the couch the moment Gizmo touched him. I was a little worried, because I wanted them to be friends and play together. Well the magic fairy must have come one night because they get along great now! Thank goodness for magic fairy dust!!!

Buddy has a new brother!

I never thought I wanted two dogs, but low and behold we got another doggy. It was actually kind of an impulse buy. We were on our way to a movie and stopped in a gas station to get some snacks. I didn't want anything so I stayed outside and saw this lady holding a sign that said puppy for sale! He was the cutest little puppy I had ever seen and couldn't take my eyes off him. I took the lady's number and said I would think about it. We called the next morning and went and picked the little guy up. He is sooooo cute though and I am glad we added him to the family. He shouldn't get more than 7-8 pounds so he is going to stay small. He is a Shitztu and his name is Gizmo because he looks like Gizmo on the gremlins movie. The good gremlin!!!

My new business!!!

So I recently started up a business called Prestige Home Tending and it's actually a pretty amazing concept- I didn't come up with it on my own, but I was smart enough to copy the idea and get it going in an area that has no competition. How it works is we put a qualified, professional person in a vacant home to care for the home while it is on the market. This is different than renting, and the home tender only lives in the home until it sells. They have to have nice furniture to even qualify and they do all the yard work, pay the utilities and keep the home in model home condition and they must cooperate with realtor showings.

We have found this service to be a win-win situation for everyone. The home owner saves a lot of money in several different ways, and the home tender gets to live in a beautiful, large home for 1/2 to 1/3 of the cost they would usually pay for a home that size. This service is completely free to the home owner- we get paid from the fee we charge the home tender.

We have a 4400 square foot home in Mendon, UT that we just got home tenders for. This couple moved here from a nice home in Arizona and they are excited they can maintain their standard of living in a nice home until they are ready to buy a home in the valley.
